Nacho...........

We just found out Nacho is cancer ridden. Bladder to be specific. His time left is short. He has changed our lives for the past 12 years. He has been special. This fucking sucks. We knew something was wrong when he lost his appetite etc.......

Time in the Saddle

With our upcoming move and trying to sell a house and close on the new house in Prescott comes much stress. I deal with that stress by putting a bunch of time in the saddle. This past week I logged over 200 miles on the fat bike and cross bike. I've been a bit neurotic getting up at 4 a.m. and putting in two-a-day rides.

Winter Time Riding

For some reason or another I have been getting up at 4 am to get out and ride in the mornings rather at night after work. It's been a nice change up and on some days I ride in the morning and than run after work. It's the best of both worlds and a great way to start and end the day. It's peaceful out and with little to no traffic it makes getting out eary that much more enjoyable. Laura thinks I'm nuts but that goes without saying.
