It's starting to snow outside. A small amount to be expected out of this system. I'm definitely not looking forward to winter yet as it was a short summer, or it seemed. But once winter is here and the snow is packed on the ground I will accept my fate of driving many miles to ride in the desert where the snow is not. On the other hand I will be excited for the Telluride Ski area to open so I can refine my telemark skiing skills. And of course there is the snow shoeing and cross country skiing options as well. On another bright note: it looks like I will finally ride the White Rim in Moab this weekend with Mitch and his crew. 100 miles of fun. Maybe Matt will join us too??!!! I think he has done it three times in the past month.
Thanksgiving is fast approaching and Laura and I will be heading to Vegas for 9 days to ride and enjoy our friends we havent seen in a year. Bootleg Canyon, Blue Diamond and Gooseberry Mesa are on our menu for riding, not to mention some roadie rides out at Red Rock Loop. Good times to be had for sure. Keevin and his girlfriend Heidi are joing us from SoCal as well.

Don't forget snow shoveling as one of those endearing winter time activities...

I wanna ride the WRIAD...and I wanna ride in DGO. Why can't the weekend be 5 days and then we would work only 2 days?
